ImiSebenzi ePhambili: Ii-agvs zokuhambisa iirola ezingama-23 + izikhululo zokutshaja + ujongano lwenkqubo yolawulo lokugcina eneenkqubo zabathengi ukuya:
- Uthutho lwezixhobo ze-elektroniki ze-substrate phakathi kwemigca yemveliso kunye nokugcinwa kwe-buffer
- Phatha imijikelo yesikhongozeli elayishiweyo/engenanto
- Yenza ingxelo{0}}yexesha lokwenyani yedatha yokulandela umkhondo
- Ilungiselelwe ukuphathwa kwe substrate ye-SMT kunye -nenkqubo epheleleyo yokwenza idijithali.
Izinto eziluncedo ezingundoqo:
